How to use
- At the scheduled time: double-dial them. Most no-shows are distractions, not rejection.
- If no answer: send a quick “tried you” text within 5 minutes.
- If no response within a few hours: offer a reschedule with two specific options.
- If no response by end of day: send the cancel-and-reschedule text.
- If still silent after 24 hours: move to 07. Limbo.
