How to use

  1. Automated SMS opener fires the moment the booking confirms. Respect the business-hours guardrail.
  2. Reply to their answer manually within 10 minutes during business hours.
  3. Once the SMS conversation confirms ICP, double-dial them within 5 minutes to attempt the pull-forward (do the call now if they’re free).
  4. Send relevant trust assets matched to their application answers during the cadence (case study for their trade, etc.). Only when there’s something genuinely useful, not for the sake of touching.
  5. Send reminders: night before, morning of, 1 hour before, 15 minutes before with the call link.
  6. If they go silent, escalate channels (text → voice note → call). Don’t drop. Don’t badger.
  7. If they haven’t responded by 12 hours before the call, send the cancel-and-reschedule offer.

Reply to their business type (qualified ICP)

Default:

With social proof (only if true):

If their answer reveals they’re outside ICP → go to 03. DQ.

Pull-forward call attempt (double-dial within 5 min of ICP confirmation)

If they answer:

Hey {NAME}, Tyler from Lead LiftOff. Saw you booked for {DATE/TIME}. I actually have a few minutes right now, any chance you want to knock it out?

If yes → transition into the Sales Call Script.

If no → use the info-gather frame:

No worries. Got 30 seconds for me to ask 2 quick questions so I can prep something specific for you before the call?

Questions:

  • What’s the biggest thing you’re trying to fix in the next 6 months?
  • What have you already tried?

End with: “Awesome, I’ll have something ready. Talk {DATE}.”

If they don’t answer (after double-dial):

Drop a pretext text right after:

When you have something genuinely useful for their situation, send it:
